There is a non-refundable fee of 2.39% of the tax amount for credit cards or the flat fee of $3.95 for debit card transactions. Electronic payments can only be made until August 30, 2024. Payments after September 1st can only be accepted with certified funds. (ie: cash, cashier’s check or money order.) Online payments Online payments may be made on Real Estate and Mobile Home current year taxes from mid-January to August 30th. Online payments may take at least three (3) business days for the payment to be posted to our website. Requests for refunds of online payments should be directed to TRSWEB@ELPASOCO.COM . Please include your payment confirmation number. ACH refunds cannot be processed until 10 days after the funds were originally received.
